We don't accept returns for custom products, unless they are damaged or defective. For any issues with your order , please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the matter."

1) When will my order be shipped?

A -) "Your order will be processed and shipped based on the fulfillment times of our Third-party providers. You can expect production to take 2 - 7 business days, followed by shipping times which vary by location. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped."

2) What if my item is damaged or defective?

A -) " IF Your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue and offer a replacement, or refund as necessary."

3-) What does that means: Daily Order Updates?

A-) Will send you daily emails with updates on your orders and their production status.

 

4-) What if the product is damaged?

A-) No worry! since you receive it, within 30 days to return it to the fulfillment provider's location where the shipment come from.
