Returns Policy

"Due to the custom nature of our products, we accept returns or exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your items and we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.

Shipping Policy

Shipping times vary depending on the fulfillment provider and your location, once your order is placed, it will be proceed and shipped according to the timelines set by our third-party providers. You will receive a tracking number once your order is on it's way.

FQA

1) When will my order be shipped?

A -) "Your order will be processed and shipped based on the fulfillment times of our Third-party providers. You can expect production to take 2 - 7 business days, followed by shipping times which vary by location. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped."

2) What if my item is damaged or defective?

A -) " IF Your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue and offer a replacement, or refund as necessary."

3-) What does that means: Daily Order Updates?

A-) Will send you daily emails with updates on your orders and their production status.

 

4-) What if the product is damaged?

A-) No worry! since you receive it, within 30 days to return it to the fulfillment provider's location where the shipment come from.
